If you’d like to delete your CallApp account and all associated data, you have two options:
Option 1:
Deactivate via the CallApp App
1. Open the CallApp app
2. Tap your profile picture
3. Tap the Settings icon
4. Go to General
5. Select My Account
6. Tap Deactivate My Account and confirm your choice
Option 2:
Request Deactivation via Email
If you prefer to deactivate your account or correct any inaccurate information, please email us at support@callapp.com.
To update or correct your information, include the relevant details in your message, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
To delete your account and any associated data, simply request it via email, and we’ll process it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
