How to fix double ringing?

If you’re experiencing a double ring when receiving calls, it may be due to a conflict between your phone’s default dialer and CallApp.

To fix this issue, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of CallApp installed

2. Set CallApp as your default dialer

3. Open CallApp → Tap the Menu (☰) → Go to Settings

4. Tap Caller ID

5. Under “In Call Service”, enable “Solve double ringing”

This should resolve the double ring issue and ensure a smoother calling experience.
