If your phone has stopped ringing when receiving calls, it may be due to a setting conflict. To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

2. Ensure CallApp is set as your default dialer
3. Open CallApp → tap the Menu (☰) → go to Settings
4. Select Caller ID
5. Under “In Call Service”, enable “Always ring/vibrate on incoming call”
