Yes, CallApp will be able to identify other callers whether they have CallApp installed or not. However, if both parties have CallApp installed, it will be easier for them to interact using CallApp’s interaction utilities such as: share location, photo, contact, etc…

CallApp believes that you have the right to block calls from others without disclosing this information with anyone. The only way they may know that you are blocking them is if you decide to inform them.
